01-Gather, and evaluate the customer’s specific needs
Effective communication is crucial for a successful relationship. To foster clear communication between customers and manufacturers, Noon Sourcing utilizes a Products Requirements Document. This document becomes the foundation for designing a comprehensive procurement plan tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers.
02-Order, ship and examine product samples
Wisdom lies in obtaining samples from three to five top suppliers for a specific product. Noon Sourcing meticulously labels each sample with the supplier ID and product information. We draw inspiration from world-renowned brands to meet customer product standards. Sharing customer needs, gathering essential requirements from suppliers, and disseminating crucial information, including qualifications and perceptions, are all part of our seamless process.
03-Select the supplier of the products
While a picture is worth a thousand words, the real thing is worth a thousand pictures. Noon Sourcing ensures customers get hands-on experience with the products. Simultaneously, suppliers evaluate the customer in this mutual selection process, ensuring orders move forward smoothly.
06-Ship to Amazon & Noon warehouse of choice
Noon Sourcing takes care of it all – from cross-docking and box forwarding to pallet forwarding and container services. Receive notifications when your order leaves our warehouse and is en route to the Amazon Fulfillment Center. Congratulations! You’ve seamlessly completed the Amazon FBA process without breaking a sweat!
05-Final inspection services
Factories typically request final payment before shipping. Noon Sourcing, however, takes an extra step by engaging a third-party inspection company for a thorough review. This involves checking product quality and generating a comprehensive report. Final payment is only made if the customer’s stringent standards are met.
04-Begin production, and follow progress
Customers pay the customary Proforma Invoice amount, and Noon Sourcing enters into a binding contract with the supplier. We meticulously monitor production progress, offering real-time updates to keep our customers informed every step of the way.
